CORPORATE SECRETARY

A 40-year-old Indonesian citizen, born in Yogyakarta and residing in Jakarta.

Cicilia Intan has been fulfilling the Corporate Secretary role since the resolution of the GMS in September 2023.

Prior to her current position, Cicilia served as Business Administration General Manager from February 2023 to September 2023. In addition to that, she has experience in HR & GA roles in various industries. Among them are HCGA & Legal Manager (2019-2023), PT Multikarya Asia Pasifik Raya; Human Resources & Community Development, KSO Pertamina EP – Petro Papua Mogoi Wasian (2015-2019); Chief Personnel, KSO Pertamina EP – QEI Loyak Talang Gula (2013-2015).

She obtained a Master's degree in Notary from Jayabaya University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Law from Gajah Mada University in 2005.
